We’ve been to Walt Disney World many times and we have early mornings at the Magic Kingdom down to a science. Here is our strategy for How To Experience 7 Magic Kingdom Attractions By 10 AM With No Wait:
- Arrive to your Resort’s bus stop no later than 7:45 AM.
- When you are in the Magic Kingdom, head towards the castle stage and line up in front of the left or the right path that goes through the castle
- If you have a stroller, put it in the parking area behind the carousel.
- Head straight to Peter Pan’s Flight.
- Next visit The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
- Then ride Barnstormer
- Next go on Under the Sea – Voyage of the Little Mermaid
- Pick up the stroller
- Head to Haunted Mansion
- Then ride Pirates of the Caribbean
- Head back to Aladdin’s Magic Carpets
- By now it should be closer to 10 AM. We usually book a Fastpass+ for Big Thunder Mountain for 9:30 – 10:30 AM and Splash Mountain for 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
- Ride Big Thunder with your Fastpass+
- Then ride Splash Mountain with your Fastpass+
- Eat lunch at Pecos Bill’s.
- Hopefully you can get a Fastpass+ for 11:30 – 12:30 PM for 7 Dwarfs and head back to Fantasyland to ride it and other attractions like it’s a small world, Mad Tea Party, Prince Charming’s Regal Carousel, Mickey’s Philharmagic and Dumbo (play on the playground too).
Hope this helps your family!
we went toward speedway after rope drop. Rode: speedway, dumbo, barnstormer (x2), teacups, Winnie the Pooh, people mover, buzz light year, carousel of …, and space mountain all before 9:30
Best tip I got, as gates open, watch welcome show, then go upstairs and ride train to Magic Kingdom stop. We rode Barnstormer twice and Peter pan, within 30 minutes. No lines yet, everyone still walking toward Castle
What about the opening show on Main Street or in front of the castle?
Question: we have a rather large group. Should I buy all of the tix on my app so we can do fast passes all together instead of trying to cordinate on both of our phones?
I just put this into TouringPlans and they claim you won’t even be at the Aladdin ride until after 11am. Don’t see how 7 attractions are do able in one hour.
It looks like a good plan. The main thing is…. GET THERE EARLY! Even if you don’t do it exactly as this plan says, you will do more early in those first few hours than all of the rest of the day combined (except closing)! It works, it really really works!
Is this a good timeline even for peak season visits?
As I book my Fastpass this week, I’m noting all of your times and adding on a half hour for my slow poke guys getting their behinds out the door for breakfast. Thank you
That seems like a lot of walking back and forth across the park. What do you think about that?
I’ve learned from personal experience that cross-crossing the park early can save lots of time from waiting in lines. It might not work for everyone. (My dad’s personality would NEVER have allowed him to walk right by rides he wanted to go on!)
You must have been on a Disney trip with our family!!! To this day I have a hard time of breaking out of the same path around the parks as I had done 40 times before I was 40!
