How To Ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Are you excited for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind to open May 27th at EPCOT?!

This family friendly thrill-coaster coming to EPCOT will be one of the longest fully enclosed roller coasters found worldwide! Help save the galaxy on this intergalactic chase.

Furthermore, Glenn Close will reprise her role, named Nova Prime, as the leader of Xandar and commander of the Nova Corps. Nova Prime will be found in the all-new Wonders of Xandar pavilion, an “other-world” showcase, which is currently being constructed by the Xandarians. Once complete, inside learn about their advanced technologies they are bringing to Earth (aka Terra as they call it), their culture & history and more.

How To Ride:

Join the Virtual Queue – Chances to join at 7am (day of park reservation, can be done from Resort, or on way to the park), another chance to join at 1pm (guests must be located inside EPCOT). This does not guarantee a ride but secures a spot in the virtual line. Plus, another chance during extended evening hours at 6pm.
Purchase an individual Lightning Lane entry to the attraction from the My Disney Experience app via Disney Genie. This guarantees a ride.
Extended Evening Hours – For guests of a Disney Deluxe Resort & select other Resort hotels, will have an additional chance to join a virtual queue! Join the virtual queue starting at 6pm (not required to be in the park to request).

No standby queue at time of opening. Enter virtual queue once per day only.
