Next time you decide to fire up your grill, try honey balsamic pork chops. The vinegar balances out the sweetness of the honey perfectly. You can even do this on chicken and it’s just as tasty.
- 4 pork chops
- ¼ c. honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Heat honey and vinegar together for about 15 seconds or until easy to spread.
- Coat both sides of pork chop with honey and vinegar mixture.
- Grill until cook through.
