One thing my friend Tammy made for me when she was visiting a while back was homemade taco seasoning. She said once I tried it, I would never use the envelope kind again. And boy was she right! This stuff is amazing!
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp salt
- Mix well with a fork. Store in an airtight container.

How much do you use per pound of meat? And do you mix with water once you put it on the meat like you do the packet stuff?
