My family loves pork chops. I found this recipe the other day and thought I would try it out. The pork chops turned out wonderful and juicy!
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 pork loin chops, boneless, trimmed of excess fat (about 4 ounces each)
- Cooking spray
- In a wide, shallow dish, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic together using a whisk.
- After rinsing the pork chops, dip each piece into the honey mixture to coat. Do not discard the remaining sauce.
- Lightly coat a grill (or pan if cooking on stove top) with cooking spray. Cover and cook the pork chops over medium-high heat. Baste both sides of the pork chops with the leftover sauce. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, flipping the pork after about 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
You can serve this with Lemon Parmesan Broccoli.

(Thanks to Susan G. Komen for the recipe!)
Thank you so much for this recipe! My picky Kindergartener LOVES it! (though she is not a fan of the Lemon Thyme Asparagus & New Potatoes that I served with it…)
My crew will love this! May have to give it a try this weekend on the grill.
Thanks. Going to try them.
MmM.! These look super tasty! Totally trying this next time we have pork chops (which should be soon since I just used the $1 off fresh pork coupon last week)
