So easy!!
Love this!
Be sure and save the Beef Stock, from the Crock Pot as you can use it for Gravy, and also you can use it as a base for Homemade Soup.
I do this all of the time and it saves time and money in the kitchen!!!!
Love pot roast in the crockpot. The meat comes out so tender. A lot of times after cooking the roast in the crockpot, we shred the meat and use it for shredded beef tacos or for chimis. So many possibilities with a crockpot roast.
This is almost exactly how I make it! Instead of the water and boullion cubes , I use 1 carton of low-sodium beef broth. That way it’s a lot less salty and I can make gravy out of the “juices”!
