Here is a delicious honey ginger slow cooker pork chop recipe. Even the kids asked for seconds.
- 4 boneless pork chops
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ c. soy sauce
- ¼ c. honey
- ¼ c. ketchup
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- a pinch or two of black pepper
- Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick spray.
- Place pork chops in the bottom of your crock-pot.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over pork chops.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.

Unfortunately my family isn’t a fan of pork chops because of the fat. I make pork loin instead. I’ll try the mix on that. Thank you!
