Reader Chelsey had this food stretching tip to share:
We have a large Tupperware container in the freezer that I put an extra veggies after dinner in or if I needjust half an onion I’ll cut up the rest and put it in there. Then, when the bowl gets substantial enough we have stew, with or without meat.
