Dining reservation to make: Liberty Tree Tavern at 5 pm
Fastpass+ reservations to make (60 days before your arrival date): Big Thunder for 10:30 – 11:30; Splash Mountain for 11:30 – 12:30; Seven Dwarfs for 12:30 – 1:30
Arrive to your resort bus stop by 7:45 am to take the Magic Kingdom bus.
When you arrive at the Magic Kingdom, pick a spot for the Welcome Show.
Once the park opens, visit the attractions in the following order:
Space Mountain
Astro Orbiter
Tomorrowland Speedway
Mad Tea Cups
Haunted Mansion
Pirates
Big Thunder with 10:30 – 11:30 Fastpass
Lunch at Pacos Bills
Splash Mountain with 11:30 – 12:30 Fastpass
Mickey’s Phillharmagic
Seven Dwarfs with 12:30 – 1:30 Fastpass
Visit the Fastpass+ Kiosk in Fantasyland to get a Fastpass for Tomorrowland Speedway for 3-4
Visit the Fire Station on Main Street to get Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom cards.
Play the game until 2:30 and enjoy browsing shops and seeing little things along the way
Auntie Gravities in Tomorrowland for Ice Cream
Tomorrowland Speedway
Visit the Tomorrowland Fastpass+ kiosk for a Fastpass for Buzz Lightyear for 4:30 – 5:30
People Mover
Monster’s Inc Laugh Floor
Meet Buzz Lightyear
Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin
Visit the Tomorrowland Fastpass+ kiosk for a Fastpass for whatever attraction he wants to do
Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern
Enjoy the evening, use your Fastpass+ and see Happily Ever After (Check the Times Guide for showtimes)

I am confused on your itinerary…you say to visit the attractions in the following order…however:
you list Tomorrowland Speedway 3 times. Also you have a fast pass for Buzz between 4:30-5:30, but you also have Dinner plans for Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:00 pm. Can you really do Buzz even at 4:30 and make it to Dinner by 5:00? Just seems very tight. I appreciate your work on making the itinerary and did print it out for my trip to Disney with my 9 year old Grandson.
