Here are some tips on how to make your stroller stand out at Disney. It is frustrating to try to find your stroller in the sea of stroller parking. If you are taking your own personal stroller or even if you are renting one, these tips will come in handy.
- Tie a bright ribbon, bandana, fabric or a scarf to the handle of your stroller
- Purchase a balloon and attach it to the handle of your stroller (balloons are not allowed at Animal Kingdom and Epcot does not sell balloons)
- Wrap one of the handles of your personal stroller in brightly colored tape
- Create your own custom license plate on the computer at home and bring it with you to attach to your stroller
- Iron letters onto the shade of your personal stroller
- If traveling during the holidays, you can buy a set of battery operated Christmas lights to decorate your stroller
- At night, you can attach a glow stick to the handle of your stroller
And because sometimes theft happens, I recommend you write your name and phone number on your personal stroller in an inconspicuous location that only you will know about. Should someone take your stroller, you can easily identify it to Cast Members.

We bought a luggage tag that bel rows onto a handle. It was bright pink. It was large and we had our last name written in big letters on it. We could see it easy and it wasn’t affected by weather. After over 12 years (we used it on our wagon handle when we would go to our local 6flags or zoo) it’s still in good condition the pink is a little lighter.

I think from a previous post when you talked about this we did the tape option – our stroller is gray and green and we got thin bright green duct tape and taped the wheels and the handles. it really helped us see our stroller because we only had to look at the wheels. one time after our stroller was moved i thought i saw it but it wasn’t ours because it didn’t have the tape. We also did the license plate because our son thought that was a fun extra for “his” stroller!

I don’t remember where but there is a website that has free printable signs for your stroller. We slipped ours in a photo page protector (standard paper sized one) to protect it from possible rain, and it gives you a spot to attach it to your stroller with safety pins. We always tied something bright on the handle just to make spotting it easier.

That’s a good idea!

We did something similar. We used an online template to design a sign with our name on it, printed it, laminated it, and attached one to either side of the stroller with zip ties. Made our stroller stand out. It was much easier to find when they moved it and much less of a target to get stolen I am sure. The cell phone number is a good idea too.

I know you’ve covered this elsewhere before, but folks should also realize that the strollers are often rearranged by cast members (at Disney, or employees at other parks like Sea World) so your stroller won’t likely be in the exact same spot where you left it. A lot of strollers do look the same (certainly the rentals do!), so having your cell phone number available on the stroller is nice if someone realizes they grabbed the wrong one and tries to reunite you with it.
