If you are thinking about purchasing the Mickey Ice Cream Bar for kids, here’s a tip that you must do! Grab a plastic lid from a restaurant that sells fountain drips and turn it upside down and insert the popsicle stick through the lid. This way, the bottom side of the lid lines up with the bottom of the Mickey Ice Cream Bar and it will catch all the drips!
We did this trick with my son who absolutely can not eat anything without making a mess and I was very surprised at how well it worked out for him. His face was still messy but his hands were almost spotless. That is until he used his hands to wipe his face. Sometimes you just can’t win!

This is an awesome tip, but keep in mind that Animal Kingdom doesn’t have lids/straws for animal safety. So you may want save lids from the other parks if your planning to eat them in Animal Kingdom.
