We love going back to the resorts in the evening and seeing what mousekeeping has done for us. Tonight we were surprised by a cute arrangement of emilys toys and the towel arrangement below. I stuck the toothbrushes in it.
Mousekeeping surprises 1.3.10

How fun!!
aw that’s adorable! i love how detailed WDW is!!
Honestly this is the best part of staying at Disney! Well and the extra magic hours, lol. That mousekeeping…so creative!
What a fun surprise to be waiting for you : ) That would make leaving the parks a little easier
This is always a highlight for my kids, even now. Love the extra Disney touches!
Aw! I haven’t seen them make a toothbrush holder yet. That’s darling. One of the disadvantages to traveling to Disney without kids is that we really miss out on a lot of cute surprises like this.
I truly hope you guys have a wonderful and magical vacation!
We have Toy story toothpaste too !!
How fun ! Disney really knows how to do extra specail touches . Cant for my family first trip in Feb!!! Thanks for the blogging on the trip it is getting me really excited to leave in one month!!!!!
We’ve never stayed at the cabins before, but we love to stay onsite. Please, tell us more about the cabins – with photos, if possible. I love learning about new places to try when we visit WDW! We have 6 in our family, so finding a resort that accommodates our family is challenging.
Cute idea for the toothbrushes! I love it. Our mousekeeping left a big party hat for DH’s birthday and a little monkey looking towel animal on his birthday. It was so cute, we had to bring it home!
How nice! I cant wait to go to Disney!!!
Reading all your post on Disney has gotten me so excited about taking our 7 yr old daughter for her 1st time in October. Now I can’t wait to stay in one of the resorts there too. We are trying to find the best package deal. I am so excited and mousekeeping sounds so interesting that I will be running back to our room to see what they have done!!!! Cute idea to put the toothbrushes in the towels :D
We had the best mousekeeper in november. We stayed at pop century. Every day me and my son would race back to the room to see what the surprise was. We got at least three towel animals a day. Even a bow on the toilet! We made sure to tip her and left her a thank you note daily!!!! She made us smile and laugh with some crazy designs.
The toothbrush caddy is the neatest!
When we cruise I always run back to the room at night to see what my towels look like. My DH thinks I’m a little kid when I get os excited about towel animals!
I love mousekeeping!!! We had wonderful arrangements everyday at All-Star Movies this summer. We also found out from one of them that you are able to take them home with you. So, we took the towel dogs home with us. The kids loved them!!!
Kristin, how do you like the Fort Wilderness cabins? How is the cabin different from a regular hotel room? Thanks!
How are the FW cabins? I wondered if mousekeeping came by daily.
I loved Wilderness Lodge but have never stayed at the cabins. We always stay at Riverside because we have three kids but I always look at the cabins longinly.
I love getting surprises or pixie dust when we return back to the room! How neat!
What a clever idea with the toothbrushes!
Too cute!
My kids loved to come “home” and see what mousekeeping had left.
Mousekeeping is awesome. I remember the first time we stayed on property (it was at the cabins). We were so excited to come “home” everyday to see what they made for us.
I always wanted to learn how to make things with towels. Mousekeeping did a great job.
Thank You for shareing the photos. I love mousekeeping and the wonderful towels!
I can’t wait to go! 37 days til we arrive! Hope you are having a blast!
Love the Mousekeepers! Hope to stay at Wilderness some day!
I kinda agree – weird towel arrangements, but the “toothbrush holder” was clever of you :)
We paid our final payment for our Feb 2011 trip today and it’s such a RUSH! My 15 year-old made me write the number of days ’til we leave on the calendar so he and his 13 year-old brother can cross them off – you’d think they were 5 or 6! My two year-old is clueless, but he keeps saying we’re going to Mickey’s house, so at least it’s something.
Have fun and keep the pictures coming – it’s helping me to show the little guy what we’re going to see :)
My husband loves the cabins. I prefer Riverside. Thanks for sharing pics.
Mousekeeping was great when we stayed at All Star Movies in 2009. We stayed at Pop Century this year and they didn’t do a thing with our towels or animals. Very disappointing.
My husband loves the cabins. I prefer Riverside.
You had a great Mousekeeper!
I love mousekeeping! The cute designs were always so fun and exciting for the kids (okay…for me too) as we would return from the parks each day!
Too cute! It seems like everyone would like to see what your cabin looks like. I have never stayed there either and would love to see the accommodations as well!
Cute! I love their surprises. Makes it that much more fun.
I’m jealous, I haven’t been there in 13 years! Well, Disneyland that is.
tOO CUTE!!
I love it. We went last spring and only got one surprise from mousekeeping. :(
I love the surprises left by mousekeepers!!!!
Hi just found your blog–but anyone who loves Disney has much as my family is a friend of mine!!! :)
Do they learn how to do these things from Disney or teach themselves? At pop century I usually get some creative critters with stickers and all. I always wondered who teaches them and if Disney pays for the stickers.
Love it! My fave thing mousekeeping ever surprised us with was when we came back to our room, m daughter’s American Girl bitty baby was sitting up legs under the covers with the tv remote under her arm and she was watching the in room Disney cartoons! The look on my kid’s faces were priceless!
How sweet!
now that would be cute to walk in on, especially for the kids.
I love it. They sound like they are kid friendly through and through.
How cute! I’d love to see pictures of the cabin. I’ve never seen them before
I’ve never been to WDW, DLR many many times but never WDW. I love that they do the little towel animals at WDW. I’ve never had them at DL and we’ve stayed on site a few times. :) I’m looking forward to your blogs!!
Me and my husband stay at the cabins for our honeymoon. We just loved it! Love the Trails End restaurant also!
Super cool! How do they come up with all those ideas? :)
Hey I noticed your date and thought I had gained a year somewhere! 1.3.10?
One of the many reasons why our first trip to the world we must stay on site somewhere! I can’t wait.
What a great idea for your toothbrushes!
What a fun surprise. I would love to see the rest of the cabin. I’ve never been.
HOW NEAT! We’ve never been able to stay on resort. Would LOVE to one day!
Those are odd towel arrangements. I love when they make animals with the towels!
We had the best mousekeeping when we stayed at the cabins in 2009!
What a fun little surprise!
I’d LOVE to see the inside of your cabin – mousekeeping is too cute!
Are the cabins the cutest? It’s like a getaway from your getaway! I just loved the smell too!
