New Disney Parks ticket pricing is here! The new ticket pricing was confirmed yesterday through Disney Parks Blog to be including new seasonal tiered 1-Day ticket prices as well as an increase on multi-day tickets. There has been much talk about Disney Parks switching to a tiered system on tickets and the first phase of that is now been added.
With the new tiered 1-Day tickets each day will be either a value, regular or peak season in regards to tickets. These 1-Day tickets will expire December 31st of the next year. For the 1-Day tickets you will be able to choose from the following options:
- 1-Day Magic Your Way Magic Kingdom® Ticket
- 1-Day Magic Your Way Epcot® or Disney’s Hollywood Studios® or Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Ticket
- 1-Day Magic Your Way Park Hopper® Ticket
- 1-Day Magic Your Way Water Park Fun & More Ticket
- 1-Day Magic Your Way Park Hopper & Water Park Fun & More Ticket
Depending on the options you choose to add to your 1-Day ticket you will be looking at between $97-$169 per adult or $91-$163 for a child for a ticket that is in the value season. For the regular season the tickets for an adult are ranging from $102-$174 and for a child $96-$168. And lastly for the peak season tickets are ranging from $114-$188 for an adult and $108-$182 for a child.
In addition to these new tiered 1-Day tickets Disney Parks has also executed a price increase on their multi-day tickets. The new increase is roughly an increase of 5-10% depending on the type of ticket and amount of days on the ticket.
For an example of the multi-day increase last year it would have cost $335.48 for a 5-Day Base Ticket for 1 adult. Now with the increase it would be $362.10 for a difference of $26.62. For this particular situation that is a little shy of an 8% increase.
