No matter how much you prepare, guests will find themselves in a line at some point during their Disney vacation. Be mindful of other guests around you and do not be one of these 5 guests in lines at Disney World.
1. Guests Who Hold Places In Line
Do not be the guest holding a place in line for a large group. Whoever is intending to ride or see a show should be in line. It is not fair for part of your group to do one attraction and have someone else wait in line for your next attraction for you. Of course more common is a guest briefly leaving the line to use the bathroom. This does happen, and Disney will not stop you from leaving the line to use the bathroom. However, be prepared to say excuse me repeatedly as you make your way through the queue backwards. Instead, have everyone in your group, especially little ones use the restroom prior to entering a line.
2. Guests Who Cut In Front Of You
Another big no-no at Disney World is guests that cut. While most guests will not intentionally cut, they may just get caught up in the excitement and step in front of you. This is also true of fireworks views. Instead, be mindful of your surroundings and the other guests at Disney World.
3. Guests With Unfolded Strollers
For those guests bringing their own stroller, keep in mind strollers will need to be folded up prior to boarding Disney Transportation. This applies to busses, boats and more. Save time and fold the stroller and organize your items while in line. Do not be the guest who folds up their stroller while trying to board the bus.
4. Guests Who Complain About The Wait
No one wants to wait, complaining about it truly doesn’t make it any better. Small children will have a harder time waiting, understandably. Pass the time with one of these things to do in line at Disney World.
5. Guests Who Do Not Pay Attention
Queues sometimes move fast, and sometimes guests are largely at a stand still. No matter the pace, do not ignore the progress. Many guests in line are eager to ride, and when the line moves up, all guests should follow suit. Leaving gaps in the line from guests not paying attention can annoy guests behind them. In today’s age, guests staring at their phones can often be the issue. Instead, do not spend the whole time on your phone and notice the small details around you.
