I have big news to share with everyone. One of my long time readers has won a Disney World vacation valued at $13,000. And how did she find out and enter that sweepstakes? It’s because I had posted it on the Weekly Disney Vacation Sweepstakes post. So if you haven’t been following that post, make sure that you do! I post it every Saturday night.
Here’s the email from Mary….
I just wanted to let you know that I was contacted today and told that I am one of the 5 Grand Prize winners for the Share the Magical Memories Contest. Â My prize includes a 4night/5 day trip to Disney World, hotel, airfare, 5 day park hopper passes, $1000 Disney gift card, and a Sony Camcorder! Â I also get to pick between a $500 shopping spree @ Downtown Disney, $500 worth of Spa services, $500 worth of Disney Tours or a PhotoPass package!
Above all that, my mother(whom I wrote the memory about) gets a trip for her and 3 guests as well!
I can’t believe it! Â It is a price package that values $13000!!!

My Sister, Lisa, wrote about her Girl Scout Leader being her mentor. Her Girl Scout leader was my Girl Scout too and she turned the trip down so we could go together!! Now talk about being a mentor!! So now my sister and her family can go with me and my family!!! I had a wonderful Girl Scout Leader!! Since my sister won, she has had a film crew come out and video tape her reading her essay to her Girl Scout Leader….tears and all!!! I’m so excited!!!

That is AWESOME!! My husband won the Fry’s/Ralph’s sweepstakes trip to Disneyland. They had entries for AZ and CA residents, with different prizes for each location. The big prize was only available to 3 AZ residents and includes 4 3-day park hoppers, 2 nights in a DLR hotel, $200 Visa card for gas and $250 Disney gift card, valued at about $1500. The contest just ended yesterday and it says we’ll get more information 8-10 weeks after the end. So we’re impatiently waiting…..
