If there is a will there is a way! Today I want to share with you Shawna’s savings story. She shared her savings report in my Facebook group the Savears.
For anyone who thinks they can’t do this or get frustrated by the surveys, Swagbucks, etc and want to quit, just focus on your goal and remember you CAN do this!!!!! I haven’t done Swagbucks in years and decided to start back Feb 24 to help pay for a Disney World trip hopefully for Thanksgiving. Well it happened to come sooner than I expected. My 14 yr old found out about a week long aviation camp this summer in Lakeland, FL and wanted to go. So we signed him up and hubby and I decided no way we can miss some days at Disney ALL BY OURSELVES since it’s close by!!! So we are camping at Tropical Palms RV Park for 9 days and using a discounted camping membership I am a member of which takes off half..total for the entire stay is just a little over $200. 3 days of basic tickets and also the day we are at AK we signed up for the Wild Africa Trek totaling $1020. I just hit $1000 earned in gift cards.
This is the break down.

$14.39 spare change jar
$200 Disney GC from my credit card rewards, we put everything on my Visa and I pay it off at the end of the month.
I started my fund w/ $29.58 that had been sitting in my 2nd checking for about a year. We are going 3rd week in July so I still need about $350 more for food and then will save for gas GC’s since we are pulling an RV. But I am so excited that not one penny (well other than the $29.58) came out of my pocket!!! No way I would’ve saved this much without the help and advice of this group!
