Here’s one of my favorite slow cooker fish recipes: sugar and spice salmon. Fish is so good for you in so many different ways. A lot of times if you bake it, your fish can come out dry and crumbly. This salmon was so moist and literally will melt in your mouth.
- 2 large pieces of salmon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp red pepper
- Lay out 2 separate pieced of aluminum foil big enough to wrap each piece of fish in.
- Combine all of the ingredients except the fish in a small bowl.
- Place fish on aluminum foil and sprinkle with spice mixture.
- Wrap fish in foil and place in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
