Cast Members are a big part of what makes the magic happen at Disney Parks around the world. When a Cast Member enjoys their job and helping others, this shows through to the guests! From an enthusiastic Cast Member interaction, to a Cast Member who goes out of the way to do their part and more – there are plenty of stories of these occurrences to put a smile on your face.
Have you ever had a memorable interaction with a Cast Member or met one that went above and beyond? The next time this occurs (and it will when you visit home again), know the best thing YOU can do for a Cast Member.

Keep in mind, Cast Members are a non-tipping position and cannot expect cash or monetary gifts from a guest. Furthermore, some may or may not accept small tokens such as a button, candy, small homemade thank you cards etc.
However, one thing every Cast Member appreciates is a Cast Compliment.
There are a couple of ways to go about this. Learn how to give a Cast Member a compliment now with your 2 options below.
1. Use social media to Compliment a Cast Member. You can head to social media (Twitter) and tweet your compliment to @WDWGuestService and use the hashtag #CastCompliment. Great things to include in your tweet are the Cast Member’s name, where your interaction was and what made it special. Using Twitter and appropriate hashtag will ensure the Cast Member and their supervisor see the tweet!
2. While still at the Disney parks, stop by any Guest Relations location. You can request a card to fill out for a Cast Compliment that will be delivered to the deserving Cast Member!
