Secrets/Tips and Tricks:
- Look for the Galaxy Gazette Hawker in the queue and read the headlines of his newspaper.
- Great way to relax.
- If it isn’t crowded, ask the Cast Member if you can stay on for another go!
- If the People Mover stops, don’t be alarmed. Either someone stood up or they are loading a handicap person onto the ride.
- See an up-close view of the model of Progress City, a “Community of Tomorrow” that inspired plans for Epcot.
- You also can see an inside view of Space Mountain (very cool when the lights are on) and Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin.

one of the best , most underrated rides at MK. So great to take a little break, sit relax and see the Tomorrowland sites, with a gentle breeze in your face. I love the brief peek at the castle when it comes out of he Buzz Lightyear building…
One of our families favorites! Love that you get to sit for an extended period, facing each other so you can chat, on a breezy, relaxing ride.
People mover was a life saver during our last Disney visit. Granddaughter #1 went with parents to do a ride that granddaughter #2 was too small to go on, so she and I rode People mover twice while waiting and she loved it. She was getting to do something that big sis wasn’t doing. Of course big sis did it later, but that did not count as far as little sis was concerned.
Love the People Mover! Too bad it’s closed for refurbishment for the next few months. :(
