My family loves pin-trading at Disney World. The thrill of the hunt and never knowing what you are going to find is part of the fun. However, you may be wondering, where do you buy Disney pins for less? Today we have ideas on how to do just that!
First, you can head to ShopDisney and search Pins, from low to high. Check often as some will go on clearance, such as seasonal ones. Also check sales on pin sets as these often work out to be less per pin versus buying individually. Another tip, sign up for ShopDisney emails to be the first to know about sales, savings codes and free shipping offers.
Above is a pin lot I personally bought from eBay. Take a few minutes to search lots, look at photos and the sellers rating. Only buy from highly rated sellers on eBay. When buying in lots of 25, 50 or 100 you can often gets Disney trading pins under $1.00 each! Don’t like the pins you got? It does not matter much if you are trading them anyway. Al though, my kids did fall in love with many from our mystery lot. The surprise is also part of the fun.
3. Character Warehouse
Orlando has 2 Disney Character Warehouse locations, Bookmark this for address. Inside these shops find Disney merchandise for less, and if you are lucky, pins as well! We suggest visiting the Disney Character Warehouse at Orlando Premium Outlets.
4. Disney Movie Insiders
I have received pins from Disney Movie Insiders as rewards before. While these I would not trade, they are a fun and FREE addition to my pin board. Disney Movie Insiders is free to join!

The only way to tell if a pin is 100% real is to purchase personally from Disney yourself. I would suggest serious pin traders only trade with likewise. However, trading from the pin boards from Cast Members for kids and many guests is just for the experience and fun of it. It is still fun finding your favorite character, even if its not real.
