Paddlefish located at Disney Springs will opened its doors for guests on February 4, 2017. The paddle-boat restaurant location formally known as Fulton’s Crab House has been renovated, leaving some of the old favorite features while adding a modern touch. Paddlefish serves seafood cuisine.
