Wondering where to meet Gaston in Walt Disney World? The only place you can currently find him is by Gaston’s Tavern, in Fantasyland. Check the Times Guide to see what time he is meeting on the day of your visit, but it is usually between 10 am to 4:30 pm.
Gaston is a very entertaining character to meet! There are multiple hilarious videos of him interacting with guests on YouTube. Here is one that a reader sent to me:
Here are some questions you could ask Gaston when you meet him:
1. How much can you bench press?
2. If you eat 5 dozen eggs for breakfast, what do you eat for lunch?
3. Will you marry me?
4. What was the last book you read?
5. If you fell from Beast’s Castle at the end of the movie, how are you still alive?
Reader Experiences:
We met him last year. He was bragging while he signed my daughters’ autograph books that he can sign his name and the Beast at Be Our Guest cannot. LOL. We loved it! – Bethany K.
He told my 4 year old that he doesn’t need books and you need to find a girlfriend based on looks – not what she’s got in between her ears. The photographer whispered to me “good luck with him when you leave here” in a joking tone. – Denisha D.
I had the best experience meeting him. It was hilarious watching him while we waited in line. He was the one person I really wanted to meet. We finally get to our turn and my daughter trips and skins her knee and starts wailing. I figured our experience was ruined. Gaston started talking to her and then said he would be right back. He came out with Band-Aids and 3 LeFou’s Brews for my girls, free of charge. He said something like he always gets a bad rap but he’s actually good with kids and then he proceeded to make fun of my husband. We could not stop talking about the experience for the entire trip. – Melissa U.
My daughter looked over at him and in the sweetest little voice said “I love you Gaston” He replied “I know, I love me too”. – Nicole L.
