Enjoy the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival at Disneyland Resort now through April 26, 2022!
One of the best parts being the food! There is a dozen different outdoor Festival Marketplaces and today we have 10 must-try’s!
1. At Nuts About Cheese try the all-new Peanut Butter & Jelly Mac with brown sugar streusel and strawberry crackle!
2. Head to Uncork California for a colorful mimosa. These 3 are all-new to the festival, consider the Green Apple & Lychee Mimosa: Flavors of green apple and lychee, Passion Fruit & Banana Mimosa: Flavors of passion fruit and banana and the Cherry, Yuzu & Ginger Mimosa: Flavors of cherry, yuzu and ginger.
3. At California Craft Brews grab the IPA Sausage Dog on a soft pretzel roll with onion-pepper Jardinière, cheddar cheese sauce, and malt vinegar-jalapeño crunch!
4. The Mango Churro from Willie’s Churros sounds amazing, consisting of Mango sauce, chile-lime sugar, and tamarind chamoy.
5. Visit Churros near Redwood Creek Challenge Trail for the Maple Bacon Churro: Cinnamon sugar, maple icing, and crumbled bacon

6. At Sonoma Terrace try the savory Old World Aged White Cheddar Lager Soup with toasted fig and prosciutto sandwich.
7. Make time to visit Cocina Cucamonga for the Strawberry Horchata: House-made rice and cinnamon beverage with strawberry sauce (non-alcoholic)!
8. At Lucky Fortune Cookery enjoy the Mushroom Bao: Hoisin-glazed mushrooms, Asian slaw, and jalapeño in a steamed bao.
9. Mosey over to Pacific Wharf Café for Avocado Toast! Smashed avocado on toasted sourdough bread, fire-roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, cilantro, and balsamic reduction.
10. The Paradise Gardens Special Event Cart has scrumptious Pretzel Bites with beer cheese sauce!
At Hollywood Backlot, be on the lookout for Chef Goofy and Chip ‘n’ Dale, dressed as the Jammin’ Chefs! Culinary demonstrations will take place on weekends through the festival at the Hollywood Backlot Stage! Disney and visiting chefs will prepare their favorite dishes, sharing tips while working.
Plus, Soarin’ Over California Returns to Disney California Adventure Park. Starting March 4, with the debut of the festival Soarin’ Over California returns for a limited-time only, during the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival!
