Standard rooms at Disney World are designed for a group of 4 (plus one guest under age Three permitted). If your family or group does not fall in this category, you may be wondering where can I stay on Disney property? Today we are discussing Disney Resort Options for 5 or more guests!
Option #1 – Family Suites
Consider a family suite at Disney’s Art of Animation (sleeps up to 6 guests). Guests will find brightly themed rooms with their choice of Cars, The Lion King and Finding Nemo Family Suites.
Starting at $479/night, with Finding Nemo Suites being the most expensive starting at $527/night.
These family suites give you room to spread out with separate sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms. They also feature a convenient kitchenette.
All Star Music Resort also features family suites that sleep up to 6, (when reopened) these are cheaper compared to Art of Animation suites. The music-themed rooms feature a bedroom with a queen size bed and a living area with a double size sleep sofa, sleeper chair and a sleeper ottoman. Additionally the suites have 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette area.
Option # 2 – The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
Stay in a rustic cabin (sleeps up to 6 guests) with a fully equipped kitchen at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Guests staying here will enjoy a living and dining area, plus a private patio or deck with a BBQ grill and picnic table.
Starting at $439/night.
Option # 3 – Deluxe Villas & Deluxe Studios
If you wish to have the comforts of home for your group, a Disney Deluxe Villa Resort is the way to go, featuring one, two and three bedroom Villas. These come with a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms, a large living area and a washer & dryer. If you need less, consider a Deluxe Studio which feature a sleeper sofa and kitchenette.
This is by far the priciest option, with Disney Polynesian Villas & Bungalows starting at $664/night, up to Disney’s Beach Club villas starting at $1349/night.
Additional Option – Connecting Rooms at a Disney Value Resort
An additional option, more affordable than Villas to consider are 2 standard rooms at a Disney Value Resort and request that they be connecting.
For example, Disney’s Pop Century Resort room rates start at $188/night, two rooms would be $376/night.
