Accomplishing 4 parks in 1 day at Disney World is a fun veteran challenge. Do not attempt if this is your first or only visit. However, if you have been many time prior and want a new adventure to experience, the 4 parks in 1 day challenge is for you. Below is my touring plan recommendations and tips.
4 Parks in One Day Goals:
- to ride an attraction
- capture a picture of yourself in front of a park icon
- eat or drink something from the park
Touring Plan:
Animal Kingdom
Start your day at Animal Kingdom and arrive before parking opening (rope-drop). Then head straight to either Na’vi River Journey or Flight of Passage in Pandora – World of Avatar, and get a headliner attraction in for your first stop. Be sure to capture pictures in front of the amazing floating mountains and/or the Tree of Life.
Food: Harambe Fruit Market is perfect for a quick morning snack, whole fruit, yogurt, nut mixes and more. Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery also sells yogurt and a fresh fruit cup. Or start your day with a sweet treat to share: a Warm Cinnamon Roll (serves 2) or the popular Elephant Ear Pastry from Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery.
Alternative: If you find those lines too long, It’s Tough To Be A Bug rarely has a long wait or consider getting a Fastpass+ for up to 3 attractions. Kilimanjaro Safaris is another great morning option, when animals tend to be active.
Hollywood Studios
Then take the bus to Hollywood Studios (and use time to rest). Either look for a Fastpass+ or check the My Disney Experience App on wait times for: Tower of Terror or Toy Story Mania. Snap a picture with the Tower of Terror in the background.
Food: Visit Backlot Express, for a delicious quick-service lunch, which offers free refills on sodas (and blue powerade). Refill your drink before leaving for the next park.
Alternative: Star Tours – The Adventures Continue or Muppet Vision 3D each rarely have a long wait time.
Epcot
Take the bus to Epcot next or even walk (approximately 30 minutes). This park can be a quick stop by grabbing your iconic picture and riding Spaceship Earth, both at the same location. Since Spaceship Earth is located inside the parks icon, “The Ball”, its like accomplishing 2 things at once. Or look for a Fastpass+ for attraction of choice (while on the bus ride over).
Food: Visit Fountain View which serves Starbucks coffee for an afternoon pick me up or treat. They sell assorted pastries and more than coffee. Fountain View is located just beyond the park entrance, in Future World.
Alternative: Journey Into Imagination With Figment typically has minimal wait times, with fast moving lines.
Magic Kingdom
End your evening at Magic Kingdom by taking the bus or the monorail from Epcot to TTC (then transfer to Magic Kingdom). Head to the Haunted Mansion, Enchanted Tiki Room or Price Charming’s Regal Carousel, all of which typically have low wait times and classic attractions. Check the My Disney Experience App for any last minute Fastpass+ for other attractions you want to conquer. End your evening with Happily Ever After Fireworks.
Food: Delicious quick service options for dinner include: Columbia Harbour House and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café. Be sure to visit Aloha Isle for a Dole Whip to end your night and celebrate your accomplishment.
*Park Hopper will be required to enter more than 1 park per day.

I really enjoyed this post about the 4 Parks in one day. I tried doing one of these last August woth a friend and fellow travel agent. We were trying for every Magic Shot in all 4 Parks. We had a well written list, but our plans went sideways as Magic Shots were unavailable or honestly CM’s weren’t sure what or where they were.
It was still a fun and exhausting challenge and one I want to conquer in the future.
I loved your plans and thought they were very well thought out. Thank you!
Did the total Disney immersion day many times. Go during spring training and take I. A few innings while eating hotdogs and relaxing on the grass. Pedometer for the day said 30 miles walked
