1. Flying Fish at Disney’s BoardWalk Reopens January 27
Consider the Seafood Pearl Pasta entrée consisting of shrimp, lobster, scallops, clams, and mussels or the Plancha-seared Scallops consisting of savory grits, sweet corn, and Peppadew emulsion. End your dinner with the Cocoa Breach accompanied with vanilla custard.
2. New Lunch Offers at Ale & Compass Restaurant at Disney’s Yacht Club January 31
Start your day at the Ale & Compass Restaurant with the returning Blueberry Bacon Pancakes, an a la carte entree. The house-made cheddar biscuits with country gravy is also a must try. Plus, starting the end of January guests will have all new lunch offerings to choose from!
3. The Turf Club Bar and Grill at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa Reopens February 3
Consider the New York Cider-braised Mussels appetizer flavored with garlic, chorizo, fennel, Fresno chili, and apple cider topped with a grilled baguette. The Grilled Pork Chop or Braised Lamb Tagliatelle are both great entree choices. End with the must have, New York Cheesecake.
4. All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Returns To Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort February 15
Returning mid-February at Cape May Cafe is the all-you-care-to-enjoy, buffet breakfast. Enjoy pull-apart bread with vanilla sauce, beef hash, an omelet station, Mickey and Minnie waffles and more. In the evenings, choose options such as cornbread, seasonal harvest salad, seafood boil, and a daily carving station, and more.
5. Jiko- The Cooking Place at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Reopens February 17
Consider the Seafood Tagine consisting of prawns, scallops, squid, and Littleneck clams. End your meal with the Kilimanjaro dessert consisting of decadent dark chocolate mousse, pistachio financier, pink peppercorn meringue, cacao nib crunch, and ras el hanout pineapples!
