This tastes so good! Added bonus it is super simple to make. These along with baby Yoda cookies would make great themed party food. The best part is it looks brown but there is a secret green drink inside. It replicates green baby Yoda and his brown cloak. The special green look comes from matcha powder. For matcha powder there is several options to choose from. I really like Rishi sweet Matcha powder. It tastes just like the matcha Starbucks uses. Plus its is not super pricey. If you are trying to watch your sugar intake or be more health conscious. My personal favorite and the one I use is Navitas Organic Matcha Latte. The recipe below will make around 8 oz .
1/2 cup Milk
1 T Vanilla syrup you can add more to suit you taste start with one and go up. You can always add but you can’t take away.
2 T Matcha powder or 1 packet
1/2 cup ice
1/2 graham cracker
Mash up the graham crackers to make cookie crumbles. Add milk, vanilla syrup, Matcha powder, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Warm the caramel sauce in the microwave for a few seconds to make it pliable. Drizzle the caramel in a glass. Rotate the glass while slightly holding it upside down so that the caramel covers the whole inside. Add the frappucino mix into the cup. Top with whip cream, caramel drizzle, and cookie crumbles.
