How is the summer treating you friends? My summer is fabulous so far! I really enjoy my kids being home. With that being said, these kids of mine being home all day, everyday, asking for a snack every hour, and arguing is making my time wither away. I have gotten back on the CouponingtoDisney train. I just haven’t had time to update you all!
Let me just tell you Amazon Prime Days was hard really hard! I wanted to buy about 100 things. Where you on the struggle bus with me? I ended up only getting a wireless mouse, Bento lunch box, Solimo branded items that are needed like trash bags, and the Prime Pantry box deal. I feel good about those purchases they were all things we needed or will need soon.
Last time I was at Kristin’s house, I got myself a Universal year pass. Well technically it is for 18 months it was a special offer! If Disney has gotten to pricey for you. Check out Universal the prices are AMAZINGLY affordable for what you get. Its not Disney but uniquely as an amazing experience. I bought a year membership so each time I went this year I could take a different kid. This time its my 11 year olds turn. He is so excited! I cashed out my credit card rewards to pay for his tickets. They are still having that buy 2 days get 3 days free promotion. Which is such an awesome deal! It works perfectly for us. We go for a few hours each day. By the end of the 5 days we are Universal-ed out!
I had no idea travel agents could help you with getting theme park only tickets! Thanks Kristen D. for that handy tip. I messaged Erin from the dream team to ask if she could help me. She asked for me phone number within an hour we where chatting about my wants for this trip, current deals on tickets, my budget, and what her suggestion was. There was never any pressure to spend more or upgrade. It was all very helpful, supportive advice. Speaking with Erin was like chatting with an old girlfriend. I refer to her as my friend Erin now! Even though we only spoke once…in my mind we are BFF’s.
