These 5 kids only areas will have any parent jealous of their kids. Or at least relieved, knowing they will have a great time! Each ship has dedicated children’s areas, for guests up to age 17. Kids get to play and hang out in dedicated areas, while parents get a rare opportunity to relax. These areas all contain age appropriate entertainment, the chance to make some new friends and experience Disney magic! Lucky Kids!
1. Oceaneer Club
Children will have the chance to play with dress up, on playgrounds, see their favorite Characters and more Parents or caregivers will enjoy some alone time while knowing their children are in good hands and having fun. This club features themed sections such as Andy’s Room, Pixie Hollow, Star Wars and more. Plus, kids can explore the Disney’s Oceaneer Lab as well.
The space includes TV’s, video games plus games and activities. On Disney Dream & Disney Fantasy tweens can also enjoy: tween dance parties on a dance floor, Karaoke machines, Music listening stations, gaming opportunities and a flat-screen. On Disney Magic & Disney Wonder tweens can also enjoy: Karaoke machines, A kid-friendly computer lab, Video gaming stations, Arts & Craft tables and a 103″ flat screen for watching Disney movies. Games on Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic include: That’s Hilarious, tweens bring their own comedy show to life and then perform live. Brains & Brawn, teams up tweens to solve clues and more on a ship wide adventure. Games on Disney Magic and Disney Wonder include: Pizza Perfection, a trivia game that ends with eating Pizza, Crowning of the Couch Potato is another trivia game offered and A Pirate’s Life for me gets tweens active as they learn pirate basics.
This space is dedicated for teenagers to hang out with activities and amenities that include teen-only dances, karaoke and more. Games on Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic include: Zombified, perform as zombies as final touches on a movie and then enjoy a party to celebrate. Teen Download, allows teens to use latest technology to personalize their experience and connect to others. Games on Disney Magic and Disney Wonder include: Brains & Brawn, teams up teens to solve clues and more on a ship wide adventure. Gotcha, is a day-long elimination competition, who will make it to the end? With, Vibe Movie Makers, teens can learn how to create a movie. Teens can even participate in a Flash Mob on Disney Fantasy, Disney magic & Disney Wonder!
4. Chill Spa
On all Disney ships, located within Senses Spa & Salon is the Chill Spa, exclusively for Teens. The Chill Spa offers services for teens such as: Massages (from $89), Acne Attack Facial ($94), Truth or Hair from $32 for a hair styling session and much more teen exclusive services.
5. it’s a small world Nursery
Ages: 6 months to age 3 (or ages 1-3 for Transatlantic and Panama Canal itineraries).
Even the youngest guest can enjoy some Disney magic at the it’s a small world Nursery. Movies, crafts, games and more are offered, even naps! There are 3 areas for young guests: an acclimation zone, a main play area and a quiet room for naps. Space is limited.
