The article says “shopping is plentiful.” When I went to Castaway Cay several times in the first several years of Disney Cruise Line being in operation, I was disappointed that there was barely any shopping. They had two tiny shops that sold things like a few different Castaway Cay logo merchandise options and beach sundries. Also, a few neat booths where local artisans sold handmade wares. (we bought ornaments and a “starfish” to put on our Christmas tree every year to commemorate our honeymoon :) But I always wondered if they added more shopping. Is what I describe pretty much the same as what they have now? Or have they expanded the shopping options? Hope someone can answer because I’ve always wondered!
