For the B Family, all roads at Disney lead to royalty.
If you’ve got little princesses of your own, chances are their number one priority is going to be meeting other princess, be they mermaids, magic carpet riding, or born with freezing powers.
The good news is, Walt Disney World makes it very achievable to encounter as many of your favorite princesses as you’d like! Across the four parks, princesses have meet and greets and dine with subjects. The locations will vary, with some princesses meeting indoors for the entire day, and others meeting outdoors during a specific time slot. Some princesses seem to be everywhere, while a few only meet in one place.
But that’s not all! You can also indulge your royal side with a princess meal at a deluxe resort, or ride their attraction 700 times, or watch their Broadway style stage shows, or wave to them as they parade by. The princess possibilities are so much more than just a meet and greet. You can fashion entire park days, even entire vacations, around your little one’s favorite princesses. By knowing where your favorite princesses are, you can craft the perfect plan to meet them all before you turn into a pumpkin.
I searched far and wide across all four parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) to bring you every princess pastime at Walt Disney World, as of February 2020. We’ve got modern princesses, classic princesses, Disney Jr. princesses…I even threw in a non-princess, just for fun. We’ve got shows, we’ve got meets, we’ve even got wishing wells. When I first started working on this series, I had no idea just how many awesome princess experiences there were. What started as one post quickly turned into an eleven post project. There really is a world of wonder in a Disney vacation. What I love most is that while you can pay extra for some unique experiences, there are so many magical possibilities included in your park ticket, from parades and shows, to rides and meet and greets, even down to the details the Imagineers put in a fountain or a rest area. No matter which princess is your little one’s royal of choice, Disney World has something special in store for them.
And of course, if you’re looking for an extra special experience, consider letting your little lady get a royal makeover at the Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Boutique.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is an enchanted beauty salon that offers magical makeovers to princesses and princes age 3-12. It offers primping and pampering to your little princesses, with Fairy Godmothers in Training to complete the transformation. There are a variety of packages, ranging from economic ($65.95) to Deluxe ($199.95). All packages include hairstyle, shimmering face makeup, and nail polish. High price points include tutus or a princess dress. There are three locations, Disney Springs, Cinderella’s Castle, and Disney’s Grand Floridian resort.
One quick caveat about the Princess dresses at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique: stock is subject to change. They cannot guarantee every princess dress in every size. Consider purchasing your dress ahead of time, especially if your daughter is a fan of one of the lower profile princesses.
Who is your favorite princess? What is your favorite princess experience? If you could create one princess themed activity at the parks, what would it be? Tell me all about it in the comments!
