This delicious honey ginger slow cooker pork chop recipe is a crowd pleaser. Serve it with an ear of corn and some green beans for a delicious meal!
- 4 boneless pork chops
- ¼ c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ c. soy sauce
- ¼ c. honey
- ¼ c. ketchup
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- a pinch or two of black pepper
- Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick spray.
- Place pork chops in the bottom of your crock-pot.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over pork chops.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
