Honor Donald Duck With These Disneyland Resort Experiences

Donald Duck looks amazing for his age! In fact, 2019 marked the 85th anniversary of Donald Duck’s cartoon debut. Back on June 9, 1934 Donald Duck first appeared in “The Wise Hen”. Donald Duck fans headed to Disneyland Resort be sure to honor Donald Duck with these experiences.

Discover Donald’s Boat

Head to Toontown in Disneyland Park and take a self-guided tour of Donald’s boat. This boat is permanently docked on Toon Lake, waiting for guests to explore. Inside guests can see where the famous Duck sleeps, below deck, as well as his rain gear for the sea, favorite photos and more. Donald’s boat is affectionally named “Miss Daisy”, how sweet!

Take the time to climb up the spiral staircase and spin the Captain’s Wheel. The View from Donald’s Boat higher landing is not too shabby either! See Toontown from above.

See Donald Duck Star in Mickey’s PhilharMagic

Guests can head to Hollywood Land in Disney California Adventure park to see a 3D movie, starring none other than Donald Duck! Be immersed in Disney animation and music during this 12 minute experience.

Waddle over to Disney’s PCH Grill, inside Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel for a character dining experience! Guests can enjoy Donald Duck’s Seaside Breakfast with Donald and his friends, a great start to any day. Enjoy a beach setting and all your care to eat buffet including eggs benedict, parfait stations, Mickey waffles, Minnie pancakes and more! Characters, including Donald Duck, with come to guests as they dine. Have your camera and autograph books ready!

Furthermore, Disney’s PCH Grill also offers Donald Duck’s Seaside Brunch, which includes all you care to eat popular breakfast items (think Mickey Waffles) and lunch specials such as pasta, pizza and more! Of course, this Character meal is not complete without a picture with Donald!
