Crockpot chicken makes easy shredded chicken for chicken tacos or chicken salad. Love using my crockpot, especially during the hot summer months.
I couldn’t live without my crock pot – well I could but we would eat out too much!
I have a series called 1 hour + 1 mess = 5 crock pot dinners. Basically you spend an hour in the kitchen preparing 5 meals for the week that you will freeze and dump in the crock pot. It makes dinner time so easy!
