Everyone is sure to love this pork tenderloin slow cooker recipe. The Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Balsamic Pork Tenderloin is super easy to make and the flavors make it taste amazing. This is going on our favorite meals list.
- 2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp ground sage
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup water (two ½ cups)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Mix the sage, pepper and garlic together and rub on the tenderloin. Pour ½ cup of water in the slow cooker and place the tenderloin inside. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Mix together the other ½ cup of water with the brown sugar, corn starch, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and stir until it thickens. Brush on the tenderloin just before serving.
