Hollywood Studios is home to Hollywood Boulevard, Echo Lake, Toy Story Land and more. When you want to stay in the park but need a break, there are some great options to rest. Below are 7 perfect places to rest at Hollywood Studios.
This show with 3D vision glasses has guests sitting down for 17 minutes. Based on Jim Henson’s The Muppets TV Show. Enjoy the air conditioning while relaxing in a theatre.
2. Baby Care Center
There is a Baby Care Center found at each of the 4 main parks of Disney World. Find Hollywood Studio’s near the entrance of the park. Parents will find changing tables, kitchen with microwave, seats and more inside. Perfect for you and your little ones to stop and refresh.
3. Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!
This live-action stage show is a 30-minute performance. Just be sure not to volunteer if you would like to rest. Otherwise the adults chosen are standing for the length of the show (a great on stage experience just not ideal for resting).
Found on Commissary Lane is the quick service eatery, ABC Commissary. There is plenty of indoor seating, and shaded outdoor seating. Grab a cold drink or a meal and take a break.
5. Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage
Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage is a retelling of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Guests can enjoy the 25-minute show while sitting, and sneak in even more rest time by arriving early for a good seat.
6. Voyage of The Little Mermaid
This live-show puppetry stage show will give you a 17-minute break while you watch. Or, sit towards the back and rest your eyes for a few while you listen to song from Disney’s The Little Mermaid.

7. Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant
This uniquely themed restaurant have guests seated in a 1950s-style car table in a drive-in theater (indoors). The restaurant is air-conditioned and lighting is dimmed, perfect for a mid-day break. I suggest you make an advanced dining reservation mid-day, when the sun is the hottest.
