2. Beds:
If you are a bed snob, it is true that the beds at Value are smaller than Moderate and Deluxe. The latter are also said to be more comfortable.
3. Food:
How important is food options at the resort to you? All Disney World Resorts have a food court. However Moderate and Deluxe+ have sit down restaurant options as well. Value resorts do not.
4. Pool:
While all resorts on property have at least 1 pool, they vary. Only Moderate and Deluxe resorts will have a water slide. Review the 5 Best Disney World Resort Pools.
5. Price:
Value – $82 to $164 a night depending on travel dates. (Suites are more expensive)
Moderate – $154 to $309 depending on travel dates.
Deluxe – $250 to $2900 depending on travel dates.
6. Room Size:
Value rooms will be smaller than Moderate and up. For example a room at Pop century is 260 sq ft where as a room at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is 403 sq ft. Think about whether you will spend much time relaxing in the room or just a place to sleep at night.
7. Transportation:
If you plan to use Disney transportation, what kind of transportation is important to you. Consider the Resorts on the Monorail Loop for easy transportation to Magic Kingdom. Or Resorts such as Port Orleans Riverside or French Quarter for a nice boat ride to Disney Springs.
