With everything to see and do at the parks, things can often be missed. Here are 10 things you haven’t done at Walt Disney World (gold stars for every one that you have done):
1. Watch classic cartoons – In the back of Main Street Cinema in the Magic Kingdom is a large screen that shows classic cartoons. Stop by and enjoy a couple.
2. Get a Haircut – You can get an adult haircut for just $19; Children 9 and under cost $18. Also, look into having your child’s 1st haircut at Disney with their special package that includes Mickey ears.
3. Rent a Surrey Bike – Guests can rent a 2-person, 4-person or 6-person Surrey Bike. Cost is $25. Locations: Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s Old Key West Resort , Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter & Riverside and more.
4. Chip and Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long at Fort Wilderness – This experience is available to everyone, not just Guests staying at Fort Wilderness. Join Chip and Dale for dancing, singing and roasting marshmallows before settling down with your family to watch a Disney movie under the stars.
5. YeeHa Bob – This talented performer entertains audiences with his wild antics and piano playing. Visit Port Orleans Riverside in the evening to catch a performance.
6. Paths around the Tree of Life – Did you realize that there are multiple paths around the Tree of Life that take you right up to the base of the tree? This gives you a close up view of the 300+ engravings.
7. Shortcut from Space Mountain to Storybook Circus – Need to quickly get from Space Mountain to Barnstormer or Dumbo? Take this path back behind Space Mountain for a quick stroll between the two.
8. Get a Spa Treatment – Disney World is home to 9 spas. Get a massage, your hair or nails done and more, including new magical make-overs for adults at select locations. Learn more about Walt Disney World spas and health centers.
9. Cinderella’s Wishing Well – Tucked along the path from Fantasyland to Tomorrowland (the one that runs by Fairytale Gardens) is Cinderella’s Wishing Well. Toss in a coin and make a wish. Don’t forget to check out the base of this fountain.
10. Breakfast in France – Not many people head back to Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in France for breakfast or even know that they are open. Even though the World Showcase official opening time is 11 AM, this restaurant does start serving Guests at 9 AM. Grab a pastry and enjoy the fountains there in France.

Will you be allowed into World Show Case at 9 am to visit Les Halles even if it only opens at 11am. Does that park only open at 11? Thanks
The shortcut from space mountain to storybook circus is currently closed with the construction of the Tron ride, not sure if that will reopen or not.
The last few times we went to WDW , we rented a pontoon boat at the Contemporary resort marina. Wonderful relaxing hour in a hectic week.
Took our grandson to get a haircut, the barber was not very friendly. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience.
Ahhh! Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie! Even if you’re not hungry, it’s so fun to “window shop” in there. Grab a baguette (1 snack if on the dining plan) and shove it in your bag for later if you’re not ready for it. They give you a handful of the yummiest butter and that bread is so good. It’s a delicious treat/snack that will last the day!
LOL…well, guess I’ve been too many times. Done them all!
Flights of Wonder (#8) is now officially closed as of Dec 31. They are returning for a new show.
Great list! As of late 2017, the flights of wonder show has been closed and will reopen as a new show based on the characters of the movie UP. The path in magic kingdom from Tomorrowland to fantasyland is a non stop smoking spot. I would not recommend it if you have small children. The last time we used it my husband was kidding about having lung cancer just from the walk now.
They have moved the smoking to another spot, so this path no longer would affect non smoker.
The path is now closed due to construction of new Tron ride
The Terracotta warriors have been replaced :( I’m not sure if its temporary or not. This was in June of 2017.
7 out of 10! not bad LOL next time it will be all 10 =) Night time water parade I have done.I do Love all things Disney. Thank you for these 10. I have not had the Huge Sundae. Next Year….
O have sone 3
Guess I have 7 to go
I was pleased to find that I have done seven of ten. I would add watching the nighttime water parade from the Grand Floridian to the list, along with tea time at the Rose & Crown, and drinking the international Coke flavors at Club Cool in Epcot.
Don’t forget the shortcut in Epcot’s World Showcase to the Disney resort Beach Club. That’s a great place for a table service meal with Beaches & Cream, home of The Kitchen Sink, a HUGE sundae that feeds 4 or more (it’s pricey, but it’s HUGE). They even use an entire can of whip cream on it! We don’t buy it (there’s only two of us) but it’s fun to watch.
It’s also a fast way to hop over to the Boardwalk from the Beach Club Resort.
